This new killer WordPress website is for a family-owned midsized corporation, Rebel Converting, with locations in northwest Milwaukee and Saukville. They make premium branded wet wipes for wide-ranging consumer and professional markets, all the way up to pharma-grade. Over a period of months we worked directly with owner Mike Kryshak on this enterprise-level project which included full-on, intensive SEO.

We had first met Mike in the spring of 2020 as the COVID-19 pandemic swept America. A dire shortage of face masks arose. Mike began enlisting local partners in an effort to make and distribute 3 million masks - free. The epic campaign needed a quick website that could do some heavy lifting, such as hosting a multitude of videos.

On the backend of the crisis, as the contagion slowly receded, Mike needed to transition to a straight corporate website. Once more, he pulled out all the stops in pursuit of something that would be distinctive, polished and inimitable. This was the outome.

Before doing any designing, we spent many hours and days developing the story of the company. Until now it had never been told in the detail which would be necessary. Extensive video was commissioned, as well as custom photos. The video was of such high quality we also were able to extract stunning snapshots from it to illustrate the website.

Our main design tools were Divi from Elegant Themes, supplemented extensively by the Smart Slider 3 custom HTML module. The latter is also the world's best mobile-responsive page builder. You would not want to build an entire site with it, but nothing beats it for homepages and for very special landing pages. The Rebel homepage uses up to six layers of responsivity to get exactly, precisely the look we want, across the entire range of viewports, from widescreens on down. Likewise mobile-optimized, Divi does all the heavy lifting inside the site.

Mike made it clear from the get-go that he wanted to rank, not just look "kick-ass." He's now number one nationally in his keyword space on Google. Search for "wet wipe contract manufacturers US." We achieved his goals organically, with just a dash of social media, guided by our "only-as-much-as-needed" approach to SEO. A driven entrepreneur, he might be the busiest guy I ever met.
