If you've ever been pitched by an agency, you will have been exposed to elaborate process diagrams designed to conjure stupefying complexity. Our campaign development process has three basic parts. They're easy to explain without a multimedia show.

"Discover" is the story research and development phase. We systematically gain a thorough understanding of you and your product/service. We precisely define the overall target audience and its stakeholder branches. We do an inventory of your message to identify its building blocks.

The message inventory itemizes in detail the value you are offering to the customer. We use it to build a brand a statement and "core stories" for your prime audience groups. Then we develop story modules which speak specifically to your separate and distinct stakeholder branches.

"Enlighten" is the storytelling phase, in which we design and deploy the creative vehicles for your brand story and its permutations. Each are custom-styled for your selected media channels.

"Persuade" is the outcomes phase, in which the audience is moved to action by the story; we and the client jointly assess its impact; and evaluate and refine all vehicles for greater impact in the next tactical cycle. New and improved iterations are developed and deployed.

We do our best to not let it get more complicated than this, because otherwise you need one of those expensive smoke-and-mirrors projectors.
